BM Furniture House – Privacy & Purchase Policy
Welcome to BM Furniture House. Please read carefully before making any purchase. By buying from us, you agree to the following terms:
- Advance & Payments: All advances or payments made are non-refundable.
- Billing: Every purchase must be accompanied by a proper bill. Claims or replacements without a bill will not be entertained.
- Product Inspection: Customers are required to thoroughly inspect products at our showroom before purchase. Once you take the product home, we are not responsible for any complaints regarding differences, defects, or issues not identified at the showroom.
- Replacement & Exchanges: We do not replace, exchange, or modify products after purchase, except where explicitly covered under warranty.
- Booking & Delivery: Booked items may take one week or more for processing. Delivery times are approximate; we are not bound to deliver on a fixed schedule. Shipment delays are beyond our control.
- Product Handling & Warranty:
- Customers are responsible for handling products carefully. We are not liable for any damage caused by the customer.
- We only provide warranty for termite (keera) and damage (demak kundh) issues unless otherwise specified.
- Mattress warranties, if provided, are detailed on the mattress itself. Only covered mattresses will be replaced under warranty.
- Any damage during loading or transport by the customer or loader is not our responsibility.
