    What are your delivery times?

    If the product is available in our showroom, we can deliver on the same day. If not, it may take 1 to 7 days to get the product. Delivery is only within Lahore; we do not deliver outside the city.

    Can I return or exchange a product?

    No. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements, except where a product is covered under warranty (for termite or damage issues).

    Do I need a bill for my purchase?

    Yes. Every purchase must be accompanied by a proper bill. Without it, any claims or warranty services will not be accepted.

    Do you provide warranty on mattresses?

    Yes. Mattress warranty is mentioned on the product itself. Only covered mattresses will be replaced under warranty.

    Where is BM Furniture House located?

    We are at Gajju Matah LDA Chowk (Gol Chakkar), LDA City Road, Lahore. All pickups and deliveries are limited to this area.
